These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Green Light Auto Auction website, app, and marketplace (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their vehicle and for having the legal right to sell it. Bids placed by dealers are offers to purchase. Green Light facilitates the marketplace but is not a party to the sale between a seller and a buyer.
Vehicles may be inspected and a report provided to support bidding. An inspection is a point-in-time assessment and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's condition.
When a seller accepts an offer, payment and vehicle handoff are coordinated through Green Light or its partners. Fees, where applicable, are disclosed before they apply.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by posting false information, interfering with the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will sell or that any particular price will be reached.
To the extent permitted by law, Green Light is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
